Konstantinos joined the firm in 2014 from a major Greek shipping group, where he was Head of Strategy. He leads Shipping and Industrial sector mandates. Educated at NTUA (Naval Architecture, MEng) and INSEAD (MBA).

Anna-Maria joined in 2017 from a Big Four consumer practice. She leads Consumer and Retail mandates.

Vassilis joined in 2019 from a major Greek tech scale-up where he was COO. He leads Technology and Digital mandates.

Alexia joined in 2021 from the Healthcare practice of a global search firm. She supports Iro on Healthcare mandates and leads on life-sciences searches.

Yiannis joined in 2024 from the Energy practice of a Big Four firm. He supports Eleftherios on Energy mandates.

Anastasia has been with the firm since 2010 and runs the four-person research desk. She does not lead mandates and does not appear in the press; she is one of the reasons our placement-still-in-role rate is what it is.
